I’m a voice liberation doula, radical permission giver and inciter of playayay here to help others shamelessly embody theirs soul’s most authentic expression through the reclamation of their living voice.
I’m here for the deep feeling cycle breakers, wounded healers and change makers ready to reclaim their “too muchness” as the much needed medicine thats gonna set them free and help build a new world of collective liberation.
We’re throwing out the heavy seriousness that often becomes our healing journey by reorienting to the healing magic of play, delight and pleasure. Because healing happens naturally when we’re having fun bbs! And doing the deep inner work that scares us becomes a lot more tolerable and possible when we take it one small tolerable and playful step at a time.
I’m also a vocal alchemist and song oracle devoted to reclaiming the radical range of human sound as a form of Singing Shadow Work, bringing home the parts of ourselves we were taught to silence, shame and exile by letting them express and be held within the vibrational arms of the Divine Mother.
Every voiced sound is a vibrational embodiment of our inner parts, both personally and within the collective. When we shut off certain sounds, we exile sacred parts of ourselves who are vital to our humanity, wounded ones within who can only heal through being heard.
I’m here to guide the sonic witches and vocal sound healers ready to become an unbridled vessel through which the silenced and shamed parts within our own hearts, and within the collective, can be integrated back into our holy wholeness.
All of my offerings sit on the altar of our collective liberation. We’re dismantling the oppressive systems from within and birthing a new world of embodied love and right relationship by becoming it. And we’re having a whole lotta fun along the way.
